Meet Adam Zane

As the Principal of Danierin Properties, Inc, Mr. Adam Zane, a licensed California State Contractor, is responsible for the company’s vision, philosophy and overall guidance of operations.  Since 1992, Mr. Zane’s career has encompassed a wide spectrum of construction experience, with an extensive background in framing, grading operations and large hillside foundations utilizing caissons, grade beams and retaining walls.

In 1999, Mr. Zane began focusing on the acquisition of properties and the development of custom residential estates. Mr. Zane’s affable communication and people skills have helped him build an excellent reputation not only with many financial partners, subcontractors, and affiliated companies, but also with the eventual owners of his fine homes. Prior to forming Danierin Properties, Mr. Zane was actively engaged in the supervision and construction of high-end estates in Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Malibu, California. He has since owned and/or developed residential real estate valued in excess of $35 Million. Mr. Zane is a native of Los Angeles, CA and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Economics and Psychology.
